Cartoon Summary:

Colonel Rolf Rolfe has bet his last "bottom dollar" on his horse, Thunderbolt, to win. When the horse discovers a gin bottle and drinks it, Mickey gets his two stable hands (classic "darkie" underlings) to fill out a horse costume and run in the race in the horse's place. The team is beset by an angry swarm of bees.
