Cartoon Summary:


Flip the plumber makes a "two-holer" seat for his outhouse, which turns out to be his office/phone booth. He's called to an emergency at the house of an excited lady. Flip seems overmatched by the evil broken pipe. By the end of the cartoon, he has created his own version of Niagara Falls.
