Cartoon Summary:

An escaped convict named Pretty Boy Pac, who looks exactly like Pac-Man, hides in his house while Pac-Man gets arrested by accident. Pretty Boy tries to pretend to be Pac-Man, fooling Pepper and Pac-Bay, but Chomp-Chomp and Sourpuss know he's not (it's a dog and cat thing) and start attacking him. Meanwhile, Pac-Man has a rough time in jail. With the help of an inmate named Tiny the Thug, who mistakes him for Pretty Boy, they dig their way out of prison with the cops hot on their trail. Meanwhile, back at the house, the pets chase Pretty Boy out of the house and straight into the police. Pretty Boy and Tiny are recaptured and hauled away, and Pac-Man is released. Pepper, thinking that Pac-Man was Pretty Boy, sics the pets on him.
