Cartoon Summary:


The luxurious life of Tom, a penthouse puss, goes to the dogs after poor mouse Jerry falls from a construction site onto his terrace. A wild chase ensues, and Tom ends up pursed by the entrants in the nearby National Dog Show, while Jerry gets used to a life of luxury on the 50th floor.
