Cartoon Summary:


Barney Bear is in a log cabin getting ready to hibernate for the winter when his nephew shows up on an unscheduled visit and wants him to play with him. The only problem is that his nephew is from the North Pole and is used to being up during the winter months. In spite of it all, Barney tries to entertain him by taking him ice fishing with very hilarious results.
