Cartoon Summary:

Oswald and his Great Dane, Elmer, are going to the beach. So is a family of ducks (Papa, Mama and little baby ducks). Oswald goes fishing and leaves his dog to guard the lunch basket. One little duck drags a bone that is tied to a string past the guard dog's nose. The dog falls for the bait and gives chase. Meanwhile, the other little ducklings push the lunch basket into the sea, climb on board and begin feasting. The dog returns, and he's furious until he sees the basket sinking with the little ducks on board. He dives in and finds them on the bottom of the sea, about to be eaten by a giant octopus. Now he battles the octopus to save the little ducks. They all become friends, and they share the lunch basket.
