Cartoon Summary:

Mr. Hook shows up as a little devil trying to convince a sleeping soldier to hand his war bonds. His alter ego quickly appears as a little angel, slapping and convincing the bad Hook to leave the soldier at peace. The good one picks up an egg containing everything the bonds could mean to the soldier, a new home and a stork with a wrapped up baby. Finally Mr. Hook calls to all soldiers to make good use of their bonds.
