Cartoon Summary:

When Jeff dresses up in a dog costume to win a dog contest that Mutt is judging, the other dogs become jealous and chase him out of the show. Jeff and the other dogs are caught by Schultz the sausage man, who turns dogs into sausages. Mutt rescues Jeff and is almost made into a sausage himself.
