Cartoon Summary:

Dark-skinned Mexican bandito caricature Chico gets good and plastered in the local cantina and goes out for some for buffalo-rustling so that he can play the jukebox. Our vacant-eyed hero Good Deed Daily rescues the endangered species by catching the oily outlaw red-handed with the help of a little buffalo informant. Triumphant scouts lead a buffalo victory parade down the streets of the city after the unruly Latino is undone by his own ammo belt!
