Cartoon Summary:

A crack in the sidewalk which is a gateway to the netherworld opens, and a baby ghost emerges and wanders away. His parents emerge shortly afterwards and search for him. Meanwhile, the Ghostbusters discover the baby ghost and instead of trapping him, they decide to raise him and name him Spookums, to Slimer's dismay. Slimer gets blamed for Spookums' antics, making the guys and Janine think he's jealous. Slimer scolds Spookums, which causes him to run, or rather float away. The gang gets angry at Slimer and they all go search for Spookums. Soon the gang run into Spookums and reunites him with his parents. Then the ghost family goes back through the portal before it closes up. Finally, Slimer admits that he misses Spookums.
