Dan and Tess receive a message from Zach to go assist Dr. Hastings, who's developed an important vaccine. They arrive at his research lab to find it on fire. In Wheels, Tess and Dan rescue Hastings and his dog, Pandora. Hastings asks Dan to watch Pandora. But Dan wants to go practice his new stunt, so he pawns Pandora off on Daisy who is playing hide and seek with Kuma. Daisy tries to outwit Kuma by putting Wheels' transmitter on him, but Kuma finds it and puts it on Pandora instead. Pandora then runs off. Daisy and Tess follow in Wheels (after getting no help from Dan) and trace the signal to a truck. Wheels is ambushed, forced into the truck with Pandora and Tess and Daisy are captured. Dan finally realizes that something is wrong and goes out looking for his sisters. Dan, Kuma and Roadie track Tess and Daisy to a hidden airfield and rescue them and the dog. The bad guys chase them through the Everglades. After capturing the goons, Dan and Tess go after their "boss", who they assume is Hastings, in Roadie. But the boss turns out to be the janitor. The plane takes off, Dan fights with the janitor while Tess tries to fly the plane. The janitor damages the controls, so they are forced to parachute out in Roadie. In the end, it's revealed that the vaccine was being hidden in the dog.
