Cartoon Summary:

Lots of fun all around as this cartoon shows how a small leak can turn into a big splash. A dog attempts to water his plant when the faucet breaks. The remainder of the cartoon consists of the dog trying to dispose of the water coming out of the faucet and trying to find a plumber to fix it.
