Cartoon Summary:

In the Arctic, Dr. Focus (a mad scientist who is offended by being called "mad"), who is working for Dr. Claw, creates the Sneezeooka, a machine that can cause snowstorms. Inspector Gadget is assigned to go to the cold Arctic and stop M.A.D., and Penny and Brain follow along. It isn't long until Gadget gets hit with a case of snow blindness, mistaken something for what it really isn't, including thinking that a polar bear is Santa Claus.

End Message: Gadget and Penny and Brain all have colds, and talk about how it's easy to catch them, and how to prevent catching cold.
