Cartoon Summary:

Penny won a computer contest and is in Tokyo for a visit. However, Gadget is soon to follow to stop M.A.D. from getting a rare computer chip. It turns out in Japan, they have people very similar to our heroes (except for Gadget), including a Japanese Dr. Claw-like villain named Warwuda-San, the Five Agents of Warwuda, whom are similar to M.A.D.'s agents, and a girl similar to Penny named Atsuko. She and Penny now must work together to stop BOTH Claw and Warwuda-San.

End Message: On the plane back for America, they talk about buckling up your seatbelt whether you are in a car or plane.
