Cartoon Summary:

Desiring to harness the energy of the Earth's molten core and use it as a weapon, Cobra kidnaps Dr. Shakoor, however, the Joes raid Cobra's base, which is surrounded by several traps, destroy Cobra's newest weapon and rescue Dr. Shakoor.
