Cartoon Summary:

Gregarious Puddy is walking around town trying to socialize with other dogs, despite three impediments: a gangster-movie poster, the local bulldog and the dogcatcher. The adventuresome little dog has to dodge the dogcatcher and the mean bulldog to stay out of trouble. But when the dogcatcher tries to catch Puddy and the bulldog, they team up against him and end up being fast friends. Puddy makes a run for the neighborhood haberdasher and hides in a men's suit, giving the dogcatcher some anxious moments when the suit comes to life!
