Cartoon Summary:

The Earth is having a dry spell. It hasn't rained for days. The weatherman predicts more of the same. Astronut arrives from another planet and concocts a machine to control the weather, making it rain like they do back home. The weatherman doubts him and asks him to make it snow... it snows. Now Astronut is famous, and they want him on television for the weatherman.
