Cartoon Summary:

Stranded novelty necktie salesmen Heckle and Jeckle hitchhike to a service station in the middle of nowhere. They take over a timid lion who is working as an auto mechanic in a garage, and play several mean tricks on him, as that is what they were created to do. An ill-tempered bulldog arrives in his autogyro (helicopter car) to have it overhauled. Heckle and Jeckle proceed to "help" the owner fix the tough bulldog's heliplane. And boy, do they fix it! H & J lock the lion in the fuselage. When the autogyrist takes off, the burned-up lion goes with him.
