Cartoon Summary:

After admiring photos of lions in their stereopticon collection, Heckle and Jeckle decide to embark on a lion hunt with disastrous results. The boys plan to capture a lion for the zoo and make a lot of money. But the lion has other ideas... such as "lunch." Heckle and Jeckle promise to give him a screen test so that he can be in the movies. Eventually, the lion captures the boys, puts them in a cage, and drags them off! Quintessential Heckle and Jeckle self-reflexivity and silliness: "Things happen quickly in a cartoon, don't they?"
