Cartoon Summary:

A Betty Boop flag flies over the big top, inside which animals and animal performers parade before the expectant crowd of animals. One of the other circus attractions is Koko the Clown. Betty works in dual capacities: lion tamer and high-wire artist. The ringmaster has a handlebar mustache, which becomes a pair of hands to introduce the next act. Betty performs as a lion tamer. One of the wild creatures sneaks up behind her and politely retrieves her handkerchief. Betty sings a song on the high wire. The mean ringmaster has a yen for her, and follows her into her makeup tent, where he whispers unwelcome suggestions to her, which she indignantly refuses. The ringmaster puts his hands all over her in her dressing tent and threatens to take her "boop-oop-a-doop" away. "Ah, me beauty!" says the lustful ringmaster. While singing "Don't Take My Boop-Oop-A-Doop Away," she tries to escape from him. When she screams, Koko tries to come to her rescue, but the ringmaster beats him up and thrusts him into a cannon. He shoots it off, and thinks that he has gotten rid of Koko, but Koko is still there, and lays him out with a mallet. As the band plays "Just One More Chance," Koko and Bimbo finally subdue the ringmaster and rescue Betty with her "boop-oop-a-doop" intact. Koko asks the grateful Betty for a kiss, and the film ends with a happy fadeout.
