Cartoon Summary:

In one of the old urban neighborhoods of the day, Popeye comes over to Olive's apartment to help her move out. He's loafing around Olive's place, but he finds out that she has hired Bluto's Moving Company instead. Jealous of Bluto's effect on Olive's interest, Popeye gets competitive and then gets spinachy.
