Cartoon Summary:

Captain Huffenpuff sends Cecil to the island abode of Thunderbolt the Wondercolt Superhorse to capture the super powerful steed for a TV series. Since Thunderbolt hates humans, the crew decides that Cecil the Sea Sick Serpent might be able to gain the horse's trust and get the horse to go along with him. But Dishonest John overhears their plans. Disguising himself as a horse, he enters Thunderbolt's quarters and tries to waylay the super steed. When Thunderbolt discovers that Dishonest John is a human being, the angry horse kicks him out. Cecil meets and gains Thunderbolt's trust and together they return to the Leaking Lena and head back to civilization.
