Cartoon Summary:

All the little mice want to go swimming at the beach. Katnip is sunbathing, and he's just waiting on a mouse dinner. Herman comes along, gets Katnip by the tail, and drags him into the surf. The mice go swimming, but Katnip catches them. He's about to barbecue them when Herman ties a rope to his tail with a life raft on the other end and throws it into the water. Cousin Herman again saves the day.
