Cartoon Summary:

Gus Gorilla murders Rudy the Herring with a packed pistol on a dark, cold night. As Gus leaves the scene, horrified onlookers and Koko the Clown pop out of the inkwell to get Bimbo the detective to solve the crime. Bimbo sets out to capture the criminal in a bizarre fashion.
