Cartoon Summary:

After running away from home, Casper the Friendly Ghost finds a baby and takes it to a foundling home, where the babies welcome him and become his playmates. Unfortunately, the nurse, not knowing that Casper's friendly, calls the police. After a cop shoots at him (and, naturally, misses), Casper leaves the place in tears. But the nurse and cop have a change of heart when they hear the babies crying for the friendly ghost. Casper gets a job there handing out bottles, and he is even able to provide for five baby quintuplets by attaching a glove to their bottle.
