Cartoon Summary:

Bimbo seems to perform all the jobs of the post office, from delivery, to sorting, to canceling. He picks up a letter addressed to Davey Jones. It grows in size as he comes to the shore, and bursts open, causing an avalanche of envelopes that carry him into the water. He sinks down, and encounters a group of robed skeletons, gathered 'round a table.
