Cartoon Production Information:

Live action with cartoon inserts.

This series from Universal Pictures imitated the "Screen Songs" series of follow-the-bouncing-ball shorts released by the by-then-defunct Fleischer Studios. Universal hired former director Dave Fleischer to be the animation supervisor.

As with the "Screen Songs," lyrics appeared on screen for this series of audience-participation shorts. Unlike the "Screen Songs," there was no bouncing ball.

Traditional, Hand-drawn Animation.
