"A Is For Atom" was seen by over seven million people in this version (as well as a shortened 10-minute theatrical cut) in its first two years of release. In its first three years of release, it was seen by more than 12 million people.

Release date is that of copyright of 10-minute version.

Ten-minute theatrical version released in 35mm Anscocolor; 15-minute non-theatrical version, in 16mm Kodachrome.

Remade in the mid-1960s.
