Cartoon Production Information:

Plastic Man is able to stretch his body into any shape or size he needs to, at a moments notice. Using his power, he has dedicated his life to fighting crime. Together with his assistants Penny (who thought of Plastic Man as more than just a super hero partner) and Hula-Hula (From Hawai'i), "Plas" fought against such villains as The Weed and Mr. Meteor.

This full show ran 2 hours it's first year. Each show combined two episodes of Plastic Man (one twenty-two minute and one ten and a half minute episodes), two eleven minute Mighty Man and Yukk stories, a ten and a half minute Fangface and a twenty-two minute Rickety Rocket show.

Midway through the season, beginning December 22, 1979, the show was shortened to only ninety minutes by dropping the Rickety Rocket segment.

For the 1980 season, the show was completely reworked. It was shortened even further to just 30 minutes, and renamed The Plastic Man/Baby Plas Super Comedy Show. This new season ran one 10 minute episode of Plastic Man (most as repeats from the first season; only three new episodes were produced), thirteen new 3 minute episodes of Baby Plas and thiteen 6 minute episodes of The Plastic Family.

Traditional, Hand-drawn Animation.
