Cartoon Production Information:

Charlie Chaplin and Harpo Marx are caricatured.

The short ends with a court jester stating, "That's All Folks." Within three months (by the release of "I Haven't Got a Hat"), this phrase transformed into the now-familiar "That's All, Folks" tag line.

This is the only appearance of Buddy and his girlfriend Cookie in the Merrie Melodies series, and therefore their only appearance in color. Although Buddy and Cookie were used as models for the undersea duo, this is not presented as a Buddy cartoon, nor are the characters identified as such.

Three mermaids (a blonde, a brunette and a redhead) are depicted as completely topless!

Traditional, Hand-drawn Animation.
