Cartoon Production Information:

Arthur Q. Bryan's last appearance as Elmer Fudd. He had passed away (of a heart attack) the previous May.

This cartoon was originally to be released in 1959. Due to various problems during production, the release was pushed back to 1960. But by the time it hit theaters, the content was slightly dated. Edward R. Murrow had left the TV show Person to Person in 1959 and had been replaced by Charles Collingwood.

This was the final Friz Freleng Bugs Bunny/Daffy Duck cartoon to be mostly made up of reused animation from other shorts. The other two are A Star is Bored and Show Biz Bugs.

This short was made up of reused footage from earlier cartoons.

The scene where Elmer's rifle backfires was reused from Hare Brush where in both cases, Friz Freleng directed both Person to Bunny and Hare Brush.

The scene where Daffy dresses up as a rabbit then Elmer mistakes him for a actual rabbit was reused from Rabbit Fire (1951).

The log gag was previously used in All This and Rabbit Stew (1942), The Big Snooze (1946), and Foxy by Proxy (1952).

The scene in which Daffy dances to impress Borrows was reused animation from Show Biz Bugs (1957).

Traditional, Hand-drawn Animation.
