Three scenes are always cut from syndicated prints: 1) A couple of cotton pickers are discussing their kids. One explains that her children all want to work for Mr. Benny. 2) Another scene shows one fast-talking tobacco worker and one very slow-talking tobacco worker, a la Stepin Fetchit. 3) A little girl (an African-American characterization) is in an alligator's mouth. The narrator warns her, and she says not to worry, it's an old hollow tree.
