Retitled "Bobby Bumps In The Circus" for home distribution.

Like Max Fleischer's "Out Of The lnkwell" series, this film features various interactions between cartoon characters and a human hand. Inspired by R. F. Outcault's Buster Brown comic strip, this series dealt with the trials and tribulations of a small boy growing up. Shown as part of Bray's weekly Paramount Pictograph screen magazine.
