Milquetoast Henry Limpet experiences his fondest wish and is transformed into a fish. As a talking fish he assists the US Navy in hunting German submarines during World War II.

This has been my favorite cartoon since I was a kid. More than it's visual, it's message to follow your heart and your own destiny, to try to become more than you even think you can be, is uplifting. My vote for the best cartoon ever would go to...  (read more)
