The Rescue Rangers is arguably Disney's best TV series and this episode of the is the best of the series. The animation is top-notch and the story is hilarious. In many ways, "Piratsy Under the Seas" is movie quality--a rarity in a TV series.

This may create alot of arguments towards me, but I believe that Atlantis is the best animated film that Disney has done to date. By taking the risk of moving away from musical format and choosing a more sci-fi/action soundtrack, Disney has created a masterpiece. The work is highly reflected in the visual quality. Although computer animation has overwhelmed the modern era, it is still and will always be traditional animation that will look the best. Atlantis melds both together seemlessly. Simply magnificent.

This episode brings back so many memories of the 1980's. How this cartoon didn't garner a second season is beyond belief, but this oversight has only increased its' legend status. For a Saturday morning cartoon, Orbots had brilliant animation, and this, the first episode, is no exception. Children of this generation would indeed enjoy it--and their parents will, too!
