How To Make A Perfect Rudolph 1 out of 5 stars

Reviewed by: Eligio, May 01, 2015

First they made a short film, then a TV special. And decades later, they made a feature film. Although the feature film portrays a famous reindeer named Rudolph, that movie failed to make up for its production costs, let alone generate profit for the film makers. There maybe some factors why the film bombed at the box office. But the main reason might had to do with who plays that red-nosed reindeer.

It is common tradition that the character of a knight calls for a guy while the character of a princess calls for a girl. But it's so sad that tradition is completely lacking in the TV special. Well they did a bit of the right thing in the feature film, too bad it wasn't 100%. If the feature film did the right thing all the way, perhaps that might have made a huge difference in that film's box office numbers.

Selecting a lad to be Rudolph will be most complementary for the character.
