One of my best gal-pals announced she and her husband were getting a pool table for their family room for Christmas. They have a 10 yr old son. This brought back the memory of Donald Duck in a cartoon movie that has pushed into my mind each and every time I have ever picked up a cue stick.

I think this would make an excellent gift for this child. Anyway to find a DVD copy? This website popped up when I was doing a Google search.

The Golden Triangle part left an impression also. Interesting and all, but the angles and such from the pool game portion were definitely more useful to me... never won a game of 8 ball against an experienced player, but at least my shots were 'close'. Merry Merry Christmas to all!

I remember seeing this cartoon at primary school. I really enjoyed the film. I believe that it would be really helpful in teaching certain maths principals to school children.

Itís a good movie for kids who donít like math. Teachers and parents should use this movie to teach children the basic concepts of math (which is very important in life). Donald discovers that math enters almost every phase of daily life, music, architecture, mechanics and games. Children will learn of the mathematical basis of music and of natural and man-made shapes and structures. The film also introduces children to Pythagoras, the ancient Greek who was the father of Mathematics and Music.
