Help, Help, It's the Phantom of the Kelp 4 out of 5 stars

This Time the Plants Attacked

The evil villian was actually a highly respected ambassador or something. He was using his ray gun on the sea kelp and plants to make them grow and grab ships, strangle cities and immobilize the population.
the gang would get his picture without his mask. Now they just had to get away.
The chase song would return in another episode, but it was the signature "I love you once. Once, once. I love you twice, Twice is two times, I love for a thousand tie-imes."
Oh, the words may be wrong, but this was the Neptunes "biggest hit".
Nary a good joke here or there, but then Jabberjaw wasn't known for good jokes. More of the same.
The strongest catchphrase for me was Biff's "Jumpin' Jellyfish!"
