Certainly not Scrappy's happiest birthday.
This film is not funny..becausethe bratty little girl upstages poor
Scrappy and does everything that
she can to ruin the party and annoy
the poor boy.
To the point where Scrappy spanks
the brat into constant crying.
Seeing a child get the BJ's beaten
out of them by a parent is bad enough.
But..when a little boy spanks a
trouble making girl.
That is neither funny or real..
just cruel.
