Typical Early '30s Musical

By
Typical sort of cartoon with lots of singing and sight gags. I was thrown a bit when Santa took the little waif up to the north pole and put him in the empty workshop. I thought that must be how Santa gets his labor force. The toys were already made, however, and proceeded to cause mayhem, including almost setting the whole place on fire. If these toys are causing this much trouble now, what will happen once they're delivered? Isn't Santa liable for the damages these toys will cause?
