"Speedy, We Hardly Knew Ye", although titled strange enough, it indicates the reality the students would have to deal with when losing a pet. The show gives a fine look at a new character, and the real life situation, combined with the creativity and constant irony and surprise only "Recess" has shown, makes this show astounding and amusing to watch.
