What were they thinking?
When this episode opens, you'll see the Teen Titans captured, but instead of killing them, which I would've done, the villain, an Elton John wanna-be named Mad Mod decides to "re-educate" them. Sure he exclaims how he captured them, but if it was that easy, why doesn't all the villains do that? Anyway, the episode continues, and is more pathitic than you'd believe. Everything here is fake (including Mad Mod's accent), and everything is a twisted version of both a school and a musuem where all the pieces of art has Mad Mod's ugly mug on it. To make matters worse, they added a pathitic Scooby-Doo like chase with Japanese music in the background. Sure I liked seeing Raven and Starfire get grossed up and humiliated, but hey, I'm a guy. On a more serious note, the episode winds up where you learn Mad Mod is a really old man with a lot of deadly toys. In short: It was a lame excuse for an episode.
