This is absolutely the definitive Yosemite Sam episode. The way Sam has to SUPRESS his temper for money is just amazing. You actually feel sorry for Sam in this one and wonder why he didn't get an aneurism by the cartoon's end.

A Great Example Of Mel Blanc's Talent

By
This cartoon is a tribute to Mel Blanc's voice talents. In today's world of high tech wizardry in animation & movies, the talent & energy involved in voicing Sam's tirades is awesome. One of the best Yosemite Sam cartoons in my opinion. Warner Bros. animation was fantastic, but Mel Blanc's talent was certainly a contributing factor to the success of these cartoons.

One of the noteworthy later examples of the Yosemite Sam series. Asks the question, "What would happen if Sam were paid a ton of money for not losing his temper?" Not too much, ultimately!
