David is called upon by the King of the Gnomes to find a bag of gold at the bottom of a lake. On his journey, David has to go to Black Lake castle where he meets a creepy ghost. The trolls are trying to haul up the gold from the bottom of Black Lake. David fools them by tying the rope around the gold bag onto a huge rock. Then he gets a bear to scare the trolls.
