In this episode, David traveled to Italy to see a sick gnome girl. He finds out she had been poisoned after she ate a strawberry sprinkled with pesticide. Now it's up to David to find the Shining Begonia, the only thing that can revive her. Along the way he encounters a huge snake and runs into trouble with a troll. Very touching ending, like all the episodes of The Gnomes.
