Most of the Freleng-Pierce efforts of the late 40s are classics, but this one's easily a weaker one. The trouble is Bugs dueling it out with the big, dumb Casbah--much to likable to be a real villain. Seeing Bugs pound the hell out of him becomes distasteful after a while. (It's not too much unlike Jones' concurrent "Rabbit Hood," where once again, Bugs sort of hits below the belt.)
