Not Much Is Done with the Premise

The idea of Popeye, Olive, and Prof. Brutus at college is intriguing, but not much is done with it. Brutus uses grade school level pranks and "lessons" to get rid of Popeye. I suppose this is understandable seeing as how these made-for-TV cartoons were aimed at kids, but still one would have liked to see more college themed gags. However, on the plus side, there is some of that good old Famous Studios style flirting in this toon. And in my book, that counts for something!
