Again. There is little or no involvement from"Scrappy"and his little brother. This cartoon (Which Has "Capt.Scrappy" and hisFirst Mate brother taking some famous persons on a trek to The North Pole ALA:Admiral Byrd)again focuses on showcasing caractures of famous people like radio singer:Kate Smith,L&H,Jimmy Durante, etc. The film spoofs the quirks of these famous persons from Hollywood, social change, sports, polltics etc.And very hilariously I might add.But there should be some funny interaction between "Scrappy",His brother and these caractures of these famous persons and there is not.Which is sad.Because if Mr.Mintz and the members of his studio had tried to create some funny bits that these two kids could have done with these famous persons.During their trek to The North Pole. Then It could have been a funnier film worthy of Walt Disney's"Mickey's Gala Premire"or "Mickey's Polo Team".Which did have Mr.Disney's well known(But very funny Cartoon Characters)interact with the Hollywood elite in some amusing but not hilarious bits.Nostalgiakid.
