Evidence of the downfall of Cartoons in the sixtie

I cant say if it is the fact that it was the sixties or that it was outsourced that made this Short movie less enjoyable to watch than earlier RoadRunner movies, but many cartoons (From many different studios) had this problem in that decade. The animation is stiff and the gags are unoriginal and poorly executed.
Among other cartoons with this problem was Tom and Jerry, Several Disney shorts and a few Bugs Bunny shorts.
