Funny Little Bunnies was incredibly important for the success or Disney and Technicolor. For years the president of Technicolor used this cartoon to try to convince Hollywood to make live action color movies! The storyline is unfortunately typical of most Silly Symphonies, very cute, with no real characterization, but lots of "butt" jokes, but the visual style and rhythm are spectacular, building toward more intense and active colors. The detail is terrific, with water changing color as it boils and the amazing color dripping from the rainbow into little paint buckets. A great triumph of color animation.
